Shipping to the United States
We ship directly from our fulfillment partners. Free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC is included for the Halloween Crystal Countdown Calendar and Halloween Knit Sweater. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are not included in this offer. For other products and destinations, enter your address at checkout to see available shipping services and the final shipping charge before paying.
Processing and delivery estimates
For the Halloween Crystal Countdown Calendar, our latest supplier route information (18 September 2026) indicates a processing window of 1–3 days and a transit window of 5–11 days after dispatch. These are indicative windows, not guaranteed maximum times; some orders take longer. Processing and transit are separate. Availability, the destination, carrier delays and customs can affect arrival.
For other products, delivery estimates depend on the item and route. Contact support@morroween.com with the product and your destination ZIP/postal code before ordering if you need a delivery estimate.
Ordering for Halloween or another date
We do not guarantee arrival by Halloween or any specific event date. A 24-day countdown ending on 31 October begins on 8 October. Please allow enough time before the day you want to start using your calendar; contact us before ordering if timing is essential.
Tracking and multiple items
Tracking details are emailed when available after dispatch. Items fulfilled by different partners may arrive in separate parcels.
Other destinations and import charges
Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Import duties or taxes, where applicable and not collected at checkout, may be payable on arrival.
