What is Morroween?
Morroween is a Finnish online store focused on dark, atmospheric Halloween costumes, decorations, and props. We don’t do pastel pumpkins or cutesy ghosts. Our collection is curated for people who want their Halloween to feel genuinely haunting.
Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We ship to Finland, the United States and most European countries.
• Finland: 5–8 business days
• Other EU countries: 5–10 business days
• United States: depends on the product (see our shipping policy)
• Outside the EU: Delivery times vary depending on the destination
Exact shipping costs and estimated delivery times are always shown at checkout before you complete your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags still attached.
If you want to return something, please contact us first. We will provide instructions and the correct return address. Do not send items back without contacting us beforehand.

Can I exchange a product?
Yes. The simplest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the product you want once the return has been approved.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders to the United States over $50 ship free, and orders to other destinations over €50 ship free. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. The Halloween Crystal Countdown Calendar and Halloween Knit Sweater also ship free to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC.
